Replaces your factory plastic intake system from the throttle body back with our mandrel bent and ultra-light aluminum intake tube. Very easy to install with a consistent power increase. Includes K&N Air Filter and Water Repellent Outerwears.

Dyno tested and a big improvement in air flow over stock this intake kit will increase power throughout the RPM range. On a stock RZR (900 or S 1000) with only an open exhaust this intake made an average 4-5 horsepower throughout the acceleration range with a consistent increase in torque. This equals out to consistently faster acceleration from stopped to the rev limit!

Additional modifications will allow for a larger power increase. Dyno testing has been done with a stock ECU flash and EJK Fuel Controller. With a reflash and 100% throttle opening the power increase will be even greater.

The intake tube has a welded on provision for your crankcase vent hose. A simple bolt on unit with no permanent modifications required. Can be used with the stock airbox if severe riding condition require.

This air filter system seals tightly and will not easily allow dirt/sand easily into your intake tract like the stock airbox system. Also available as an intake tube only replacement which re-uses the stock airbox.
