Polaris RZR XP Turbo 2017-2021

The 2017-2021 RZR XP Turbo is already a beast making 168 motor horsepower all stock and putting down 142.5 horsepower at the wheel. That's impressive! But we all want more power. Our pwrTune ECU reflash's are Dyno developed Dyno tested Dyno Proven and available in several stages ready to take your beast to the next level.

On your XP Turbo the biggest annoyance, if you've driven it hard at all, is the torque limiting "stumble" on the bottom end. We have eliminated the limiters holding power back so you will get full throttle out of the hole. And when you hammer the throttle power will come right on instead of feeling like the belt is slipping or the machine is being lazy. Speed limiters are also removed.

With the torque limiters removed our tunes have huge power gains down low. On our Stage 1 the max HP is increased 16 wheel HP, that's nice. But the power at 35 mph is up 30 wheel HP which is huge drag race winning power you will feel down low. Similar our higher stages have big low end power gains, +35 horsepower at 35 mph with the stage 2.

Our first couple of tuning stages require premium fuel, minimum 91 octane. And our Stage 3-4 tunes requires a minimum of 93 and 95 octane to be safe running higher boost. Our Stage 5 tune is specifically tuned for using VP brand T4 race fuel. This fuel is oxygenated and unleaded and makes great power and awesome out of the hole torque. Looking to run a higher tuning stage and want to run 110 leaded race fuel? No problem, use one of our o2 eliminator kits and take out your o2 sensor. Oxygen sensors are not compatible with leaded fuel and i suggest you remove it and keep it from damage in case you want to use it again in the future.


Note about 2017 or 2018-2021 XP Turbo tuning: The 2017 and 2018-2021 XP Turbo do use different formatted tune versions. For either of these the performance parameters are the same, but they do have their own specific tune versions. What this means for you is, if you have a 2017 XP Turbo you will be getting your 2017 tune modified with the selected tuning stage. And, if you have a 2018 or 2021 XP Turbo you will be getting that tune format modified. We are not pasting a 2017 tune onto your 2021, we have verified the adjustments needed for the 2018-2021 to achieve the proper performance with each tuning stage.

How to Order


Step 1, select your tuning stage based on the performance modifications you have made for exhaust and intake, and the fuel you intend to run
Step 2, choose the correct model/year where applicable
Step 3, select your options for RPM limit, fan temp, etc.

Note: If you are purchasing a new ECU for a Polaris vehicle you will not need to send in your original ECU. UPS and USPS is preferred, please do not send "FedEx direct signature required"

Step 5, once we receive your ECU into the shop we can make the modifications necessary and sent the ECU back out the next business day. Typically same day service is very hard to promise, and there are occasions were we are not at the shop for a day or two (in this case you would be notified after you order whether there is an upcoming day that our shop would be closed).

Upgrading your tune to a higher level

Do you already have a Power Tune in your X3 and want to move up to a higher power level tuning stage? You never pay the full price for a new tune on the same machine. Upgrade your tuning stage for $100 you can order online here $100 Tune Upgrade. Tune upgrades apply to the original tune purchaser / owner, fuel injectors and / or Power Visions do not apply. Send an email to discuss or ask any questions. The minimum charge for a upgrade or downgrade on your tune is $100.

Free Warranty/Recall Flashback Protection

If you have a problem in the future, trans takes a crap, EPS blows up, and you gotta take it in for warranty work. Or more annoying another RZR recall?? Come on! No worries, we've got you covered with Free Warranty/Recall Flashback Protection. What does this mean? Basically if you have an issue and need your stock ECU back to stock we will flash it back to stock for you no charge. How? When you send in your ECU first we will read your stock flash and save the information under your name. If you need it "back to stock" in the future you can send your ECU back, we will put your stock flash right back on your original ECU. If the dealer needs to connect to your ECU it will be yours, and stock, and never looks like it had been touched! Matching serial numbers, matching everything. And, we will even send it back free of charge Priority Shipping within 24 hours of receiving it. After the work is done, send it back to us (again) and free of charge we will flash it back to a pwrTune full performance tune and send it back to you. This does only apply to your first instance (one Recall and/or one Warranty Issue), after one time the fee will be $20 each flash and you'd have to pay for shipping.
