How do I return an item?

Do you have a return? Contact Us right away and lets get this resolved!

Returns are easy at, and can basically be referenced to a classic Western movie.

The Good:

Items returned New (not: used, installed, missing packaging, used air filters) may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If you have purchased the incorrect item that is no problem, go ahead and send it back to us and we will either refund your purchase or send a replacement of the correct item. Making a mistake is no big deal, but if you ordered the wrong item on accident the return shipping cost will be your obligation to pay. In the event we sent you the wrong thing, yes we will cover the return shipping. Just contact us right away and together we will get the situation taken care of.

The Bad:

Items missing packaging, or that have been used or mounted (this includes air filters and filter covers that have been opened out of their original sealed packaging) will be subject to a 10-20% restock fee. Any returned air filters or air filter covers that have been opened or used and are out of their original sealed packaging will not be eligible for a full refund. Items that are used and damaged, or poorly package and damaged in shipping due to negligence will be subject to a 20% re-stock fee. Items that have been used, and any electronic items that have been used, may not be returned.

The Ugly:

Defective items or items that have been damaged in shipping can be sent back for a replacement. This could be a fuel controller that after troubleshooting is non functional, or an air filter that has been poorly manufactured. If the items is DOA and non functioning out of the package we will send you a replacement as fast as possible. If after awhile the item malfunctions (example, a fuel controller) we would defer to the manufactures warranty policies.
