Our pwrTune complete blow off valve kit with billet anodized blow off valve has that great off throttle "pshhhtt" sound and the benefit of improved throttle response. This complete kit is pretty easy to install but does require tapping and installing an access port into your aluminum intake manifold using the supplied brass fitting. Then all you have to do is swap your secondary charge tube for the new silicon unit, choose your configuration 1) hidden and mounted underneath the intercooler 2) in the open through a hold in your side intercooler cover.

The billit valve comes with the medium spring installed and includes two additional spring options to meet your needs. Also included is an o-ring rebuild kit for future maintenance. The valve can be shielded from mud and debris inside the intercooler box or mounted out in the open for maximum affect. Although this kit is pictured in 'horn' outlet configuration the billet valve includes a hose nipple outlet and the kit includes a K&N breather filter with an outerwears to keep out any debris.
