Our PWRTune Billet Throttle Body Spacer plate with hardware is necessary when you need a manifold boost/vacuum reference, and you do not have the CA emissions Z10 model which already has a nipple on the manifold. If you have a non-emissions Z10 and want to do away with the leaky stock "diverter" electronic blow off valve, and add a true manifold reference mechanical blow off valve then you will need an intake manifold referenced port. This space kit is also perfect for adding a boost pressure gauge which ideally would be referenced off manifold pressure behind the throttle body. With an 1/8npt port this spacer is also perfect for adding a nitrous kit, or water/methanol injection. Our Spacer indexes onto the throttle body for perfect alignment during install. The inner diameter of the billet spacer matches the throttle body diameter, and should be checked for the right alignment during install. We have also included the necessary longer hardware in stainless steel T30 torx drive bolts.
