Polaris RZR RZRS RZR4 800 Velocity Intake System

2011-2014 models


Replaces factory airbox with a mandrel bent and ultra-light aluminum 2.5 inch intake tube. Includes water repellent Outerwears, K&N performance air filter and crankcase breather. Along with an aluminum splash guard and all mounting hardware.

A big improvement in air flow over the stock airbox system this intake kit will increase power throughout the RPM range. With a noticeable increase in low end throttle response even with the centrifugal clutch. Your RZR will consistently accelerate at a higher RPM and throw you back in the seat harder!

The mandrel bent aluminum intake features welded on mounting bracket with a separate bracket to mount the included K&N crankcase breather. An aluminum splash guard is included and our machine tumble polished finish can be hand rubbed to a mirror shine.

Installation can take .5-1hr depending on your skill level. This is a complete bolt on performance unit. An EFI tuner is suggested for max performance and would be a must with a performance exhaust system. We carry the Dobeck EJK controllers, excellent performance and best bang for your buck. Ask for a package deal.
