Replaces your factory airbox and intake from the turbo inlet back with a mandrel bent and ultra-light aluminum intake tube. Includes water repellent Outerwears and oversized K&N performance air filter. Along with an aluminum heat shield mounting hardware.

Dyno tested and a big improvement in air flow over the stock airbox system this intake kit will increase power throughout the RPM range. On a stock RZR with only a performance slip-on exhaust this intake made an additional 2 horsepower throughout the acceleration range with a consistent increase in torque. This equals out to consistently faster acceleration from stopped to the rev limit!

Additional modifications will allow for a larger power increase, more boost will make more power with the same consistent results. Meaning this intake is a great bolt on for the power increase and the wicked turbo sound, but if you add more boost it will make a larger power increase over the stock airbox.

The mandrel bent aluminum intake features welded on provisions for the Tmap sensor, crankcase breather hose, and blow off valve hose. An aluminum heat shield helps protect the air filter from excess turbo heat.

Installation can take .5-1hr depending on your skill level. This is a complete bolt on performance unit with no other modifications required. This intake system is 3 pounds lighter than stock.
This air filter system is sealed and will not easily allow dirt/sand into your stock intake tract like the stock airbox system. The oversized K&N filter when used with the water repellent outerwears is great for all around riding conditions wet or dry. However sever fine dust or desert riding/racing is not recommended.
