Replaces your factory intake system from the Turbo inlet up with a light and free flowing aluminum intake tube. Very easy to install with a consistent power increase. Includes K&N Air Filter, Water Repellent Outerwears, and all hardware. Fits nicely in the wheel well opening with the air filter up out of the way from dirt and debris. This big 3.5 inch intake tube is tig welded with with a 6 inch diameter bellmouth inlet for max performance gains.

Dyno developed for a big improvement in air flow over stock this intake kit will increase power throughout the RPM range. On a completely stock Maverick R this complete intake kit made an additional 15 wheel horsepower throughout the acceleration range with a consistent increase in torque. This is a power gain you will feel with the added benefit of all that fun Turbo Noise!

Testing has shown it can be safely ran on a stock tuned machine with our without exhaust. And also will gain performance with other shops performance tuning. This air filter system seals tightly and will not easily allow dirt/sand into your intake tract. When used with the supplied water repellent outerwears it is safe for use in most weather conditions.

Important Note: There is no provision on this intake to plump in the engine crankcase vent hose. You will need to also purchase and install an aftermarket catch can system. We strongly recommend an aftermarket catch can be installed on all Maverick R's as they do push a lot of crankcase ventilation through the system.
