After many hours testing on the Dyno and tearing up miles of dirt our Dyno developed and Dyno Proven high performance tunes will have your YXZ making power ahead of the pack. We have several performance stages beginning with a stage 1 tune adding over 9 wheel horsepower on an all stock machine. Tuning Stages 1-3 are for premium fuel minimum 91 octane, Stage 4 Tuning is meant to be ran with 110 octane leaded race fuel. With improved fuel maps specific to each tune, all torque limiters and speed limiters removed, and performance ignition timing maps.

Building on our proves success with the earlier 5spd models we have developed these tuning stages for the 2024-2025 6spd's to dominate the competition. Our performance tuning may look similar to the competition in power gains, and yeah sure we are 2-5 HP up on some of the others. But to see the big difference take a look at our Dyno run graphs to see the huge improvement in torque throughout the RPM range over a stock machine. Hours and hours of research and testing modifying the fueling and timing we have come up with the right combination to make the big TQ increase that you feel will when you hit the pedal. Consistent torque gains can be seen throughout the RPM range, take a look at the huge 20 ft/lb increase at 7,500rpm with our Stage3 full exhaust tune.

Customize your tune by choosing to remove the speed limiters, and lowering your cooling fan on/off temperature. You can elect to have the AIR air injection system turned off (highly recommended) in the ECU which works great with or without AIS block off plates. As with all of our tunes we off a free Warranty/Recall Flashback Protection in case you ever need to take your YXZ in to the dealer for warranty work (see below for more information).

Dynojet Power Vision with Power Tune performance tuning for the 2024-2025 Yamaha YXZ1000 is a performance tuner and data monitor that offers the latest flash tuning technology, real-time data monitoring, and more. Using the Dynojet Power Vision you can purchase our performance tunes for your Talon and have the added benefit of live telemetry, data logging, read and clear trouble codes, and more. Your Power Vision unit will come pre-loaded with tunes customized with your options.

The Power Vision unit plugs into your vehicles data port, you select your tune and program to your car (takes about 15 minutes). You can put back to stock anytime. Once flashed with a performance tune the screen will show live telemetry: engine temp, throttle position, rpm, etc. You can leave the Power Vision plugged in or you can disconnect and leave it in the trailer, your tune will remain in your cars ECU.

Stage 3 Tuning Note For our Stage 3 and 4 testing was done running a Trinity Racing full exhaust system. In my experience running YXZ's on the dyno the headpipe design of the Trinity may be able to be matched for performance but I have not seen anything that can beat it. There are a lot of other good, and a few other great exhaust on the market for your YXZ1000. But none I have tested would beat a Trinity full exhaust system. Our tuning will work great with whatever exhaust system you chose.

Stage 2 Tuning Note For Stage 2 tuning any good aftermarket slip-on (meaning just replacing the stock muffler and keeping the stock headpipe) will work great. Also a top quality exhaust insert which replaces the factory insert and spark arrestor will work great and make about the same power. In testing we used a Trinity Slip-on and also an HPS insert with results too similar to tell the difference.
