CF Moto UForce 1000 Power Flash RTD Handheld Tuner
Full Throttle Performance for your UForce 10002021-2025 UForce 1000 and HO 1000 XL
Power Flash RTD (Remote Tuning Device) Handheld Tuner for your UForce 1000This
device will allow you to tune your Ufroce 1000 without the need to send in your
ECU. The device works with the HP Tuners Tune Delivery Network (TDN)
application and smart phone app. Easiest to use with your smartphone
after downloading the TDN app compatible with google or apple enabled
devices. You would order the device, install the app and create an
account, connect the device to your vehicle and pair to your phone app.
The next step would have you read your original tune that would
automatically upload to the TDN network. Once your original tune is on
the TDN network we can then create your performance tune files and
upload to your TDN account (1-2 business days to create your new tune
files). Lastly you would again connect the Power Flash RTD to your
vehicle and write your new tune file. An internet connection is required
for use with either your smartphone or laptop/computer. This device
allows your several other features including the ability to flash your
vehicle back to the original (stock) tune, check and clear trouble
codes, and record and send data logs on some models (more added all the
time). Use this link to watch HP Tuners informational video on how the
device works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKZ2pTStln4

Power Tune: Proven Side by Side Performance Our Power Tune CFMoto tuning is another step in our proven success working with full size performance side by sides. Developed using our bosch ECU tuning knowledge and in house Axis Dyno you will not be disappointed with your power gains. All tuning stages are the result of months of testing an tweaking to find the right and easy to attain combination that will suit your performance mods. Wanting to upgrade some now, and some later? That is no big deal, because we never charge full price to change your tuning level, see below for details. All tuning was done using pump premium ethanol blend fuel. You can run non-ethonal premium if you chose, do not run anything below 91 octane for the best performance.
Full Throttle Performance: The stock tuning on your UForce 1000 does not maintain full throttle with the pedal to the floor. Torque limitations on a drive by wire car are common, typically they can be seen acting as stock only in a high load scenario. But, on your UForce 1000 when you stand on the gas the throttle body run at about 75% throttle in high gear, normal mode. In Work mode the throttle percentage stock is around 63%. You are not actually able to achieve full throttle, leaving horespower and torque on the table. With our tuning the torque limitations are removed in Normal mode, and can optionally be removed in Work mode as well. You can test this yourself using a good OBDII scanner which shows live telemetry. Key on, airbox off, OBDII scanner connected, stand on the gas and look at the throttle blade, its wide open, check the OBDII scanner and note the throttle blade opening percentage. Next have your buddy drive the car, stand on the gas in sport mode and watch the the OBDII scanner and you will see limited throttle percentage running a stock tune. Get a Power Tune and go full throttle!
Work and Normal Mode Max Throttle: The difference in Work and Normal modes is the pedal to requested torque tables which are selected using the mode switch. While stock tuned neither will actually attain full throttle. Stock tuned Work settles in around 63% max throttle, and Normal 75%. Also Work mode will feel "lazier" due to it's more gradual peddle to requested torque settings. With our tuning you will still retain work mode with a more lazier or gradual pedal response. You can select the option to have Work mode set to attain full throttle, or you can select to attain 75% throttle for a work friendly performance. Please note that in most (not all) 2022 models the performance of work and normal modes is swapped. Regardless of what you order you will still have two distinct power modes for your Uforce.
Work and Normal Mode Throttle Response: Do you feel like the throttle response on your Uforce is too "jumpy" and that there is just now way to drive it slow without breaking your neck or tearing up the gravel? Then you should choose our "Smooth Engagement" option with your tune. Greatly requested from customers with this complaint, the smooth engagement will still get you full throttle with our tune, but get ride of the low speed jerks. If you like the way it is now, you can select "Stock Engagement" and that will remain more like stock.
Unlocked Low and Reverse Gear: Are you a mudder or rock crawler, or want to use all the power in all gears. With the optional speed limiter removed you will now have full power in all gears and be able to run to the selected rev limit in all gears. [Note: High gear top speeds largely depend on the weight of your UForce, tire size, and clutching] With an 8,000rpm selected rev limit both low and reverse gear are able to run full throttle to 39mph. Stock you wouldn't be able to back out of a mud hole. Big tires and low gear now you will be able to pull out of anything.
Our Stage 2 tuning was done running a cheap auto parts store turbo muffler single outlet slip-on. Similar gains can be had by removing your spark arrestor / exhaust outlet.
Clutching adjustments are required for the best performance. At minimum you will need to run lighter weights in your Trail Block primary clutch, one of the easiest clutches in the market to adjust and work on. For great performance in a safe range we recommend an acceleration rpm at 40mph from a stop at 6,900-7,300 rpm. And for safety not above 8,000 rpm at 40 mph. Can you spin your motor faster and gain some power, sure you can. But we like to play it in the safe / less wear and tear range. We recommend the RNG Performance clutch kits https://rngperformance.net/
