Raptor 350 Velocity Intake System

For all models years 2004-2013

Includes: Aluminum Intake, K&N Filter, Outerwears Pre-Filter, Silicon Coupler and all hardware.

This race designed intake makes big power gains over the stock airbox with a tight seal to the included K&N Filter! Completely replaces stock airbox with no fabrication or cutting required, this is a simple bolt on upgrade.

The Velocity Intake is a smooth bent rigid aluminum intake, basically straight shot right to the Raptor 350's carb. Intake maintains the 2 1/4 carburetor inlet diameter before the flare at the filter mount increases to 2 1/2.

Replaces factory airbox with a mandrel bent and ultra-light aluminum intake tube, increases intake velocity for max power in dry conditions. You will feel the power increase and improved throttle response when you completely un-restrict your Raptor 350's carburetor, requires an increase in main jet size but its well work the work if you want to go fast!

Comes with K&N RU-0840 and Water Repellant Outerwears 20-1090-01

This race intake is intended for dry riding conditions, and shaves off 1.4 lbs. from stock airbox. This intake with filter and hardware is only 1.2 lbs vs. stock 2.6 lbs.

Intake tube starts with a T6 6061 aluminum tubing and is mandrel bent 22 degrees with a flare at the last inch for the air filter mount. Two welded brackets and supplied hardware attach intake to existing rubber airbox mounts.

No additional fabrication necessary, this is a simple bolt on unit!!!
