Yamaha YXZ 1000R and 1000R SS 2016-2023

After many hours testing on the Dyno and tearing up miles of dirt our Dyno developed and Dyno Proven high performance ECU reflash's will have your YXZ making power ahead of the pack. We have several performance stages beginning with a stage 1 tune adding 7 wheel horsepower on an all stock machine. Tuning Stages 1-3 are for premium fuel minimum 91 octane, Stage 4 Tuning is meant to be ran with 110 octane leaded race fuel. With improved fuel maps specific to each tune, all torque limiters and speed limiters removed, and performance ignition timing maps.
This ECU reflash may look similar to the competition in power gains, and yeah sure we are 2-5 HP up on some of the others. But to see the big difference take a look at our Dyno run graphs to see the huge improvement in torque throughout the RPM range over a stock machine. Hours and hours of research and testing modifying the TQ limiters AFR and timing we have come up with the right combination to make the big TQ increase with our pwrTune ECU reflash that you will feel when you hit the pedal. Consistent torque gains can be seen throughout the RPM range, take a look at the huge 20 ft/lb increase at 7,500rpm with our Stage3 full exhaust tune.
Customize your tune by choosing to remove the speed limiters, and lowering your cooling fan on/off temperature. For 19-20 rear radiator models with dual fans you can customize your second fan to come on earlier or the same as the first fan. You can elect to have the AIR air injection system turned off (highly recommended) in the ECU which works great with or without AIS block off plates. As with all of our tunes we off a free Warranty/Recall Flashback Protection in case you ever need to take your YXZ in to the dealer for warranty work (see below for more information).

Stage 3 Tuning Note For our Stage 3 and 4 testing was done
running a Trinity Racing full exhaust system. In my experience running
YXZ's on the dyno the headpipe design of the Trinity may be able to be
matched for performance but I have not seen anything that can beat it.
There are a lot of other good, and a few other great exhaust on the
market for your YXZ1000. But none I have tested would beat a Trinity
full exhaust system. Our tuning will work great with whatever exhaust
system you chose.
Stage 2 Tuning Note For Stage 2 tuning
any good aftermarket slip-on (meaning just replacing the stock muffler
and keeping the stock headpipe) will work great. Also a top quality
exhaust insert which replaces the factory insert and spark arrestor will
work great and make about the same power. In testing we used a Trinity
Slip-on and also an HPS insert with results too similar to tell the
difference.

How to Order
Step 1, select your tuning
stage based on the performance modifications you have made for exhaust
and intake, and the fuel you intend to run
Step 2, choose the correct model/year where applicable
Step 3, select your options for RPM limit, fan temp, etc.

Step 5, once we
receive your ECU into the shop in most cases we can make the modifications necessary
and send the ECU back out the next business day. Typically same day
service is very hard to promise, and there are occasions were we are not
at the shop for a day or two (in this case you would be notified after
you order whether there is an upcoming day that our shop would be
closed).
Upgrading your tune to a higher level
Do you already have a Power Tune in your YXZ1000 and want to move up to a
higher power level tuning stage? You never pay the full price for a new
tune on the same machine. Upgrade your tuning stage for $100 you can

Tune upgrades apply to the original tune purchaser / owner, fuel
injectors and / or Power Visions do not apply. Send an email to discuss
or ask any questions. The minimum charge for a upgrade or downgrade on
your tune is $100.
Free Warranty/Recall Flashback Protection
If you have a problem in the future and need to take your Yamaha into the dealer for warranty work or a recall, and you don't want them to know you've done any modifications since you want the free work., EPS blows up, and you gotta take it in for warranty work. No worries, we've got you covered with Free Warranty/Recall Flashback Protection. What does this mean? Basically if you have an issue and need your stock ECU back to stock we will flash it back to stock for you no charge. How? When you send in your ECU the first we will read your stock flash and save the information under your name. If you need it "back to stock" in the future you can send your ECU back, we will put your stock flash right back on your original ECU. If the dealer needs to connect to your ECU it will be yours, and stock, and never looks like it had been touched! Matching serial numbers, matching everything. And, we will even send it back free of charge Priority Shipping within 24 hours of receiving it. After the work is done, send it back to us (again) and free of charge we will flash it back to a pwrTune full performance tune and send it back to you. This does only apply to your first instance (one Recall and/or one Warranty Issue), after one time the fee will be $20 each flash and you'd have to pay for shipping.
