Power Flash RTD Handheld with Tuning Credits
Do you want the ability to change tuning levels, have different options for the same tune level, purchase tuning from another shop, or be able to put your machine back to stock anytime? The Power Flash RTD (remote tuning device) can do just that. The device is easiest to use through a smart phone. If going with the Power Flash handheld device you will have the ability
to put your ECU back to stock anytime for warranty or service work. No need to send in your ECU the Power Flash tuning device plugs in to your OBDII port while flashing a tune then you disconnect when complete. Here is a link to a youtube video that shows how the process and setup works:

This handheld will not come pre-loaded with a tune file, you will need to connect to your vehicle and go through the setup and initial read process that auto populates your stock info into the TDN network. We would then create the performance tune file based off your cars information and load that tune files onto your account. Your can put back to stock anytime, you would need the device, up to date smart phone, and internet access to do so. Tuning credits will be pre-loaded to the device which will apply to your vehicles VIN number you will not need to purchase additional credits to add/change multiple tunes. You will also have the ability to perform data logging and read or clear any trouble codes that may come up.
Power Tune: Proven Side by Side PerformancePower Tune CFMoto ECU tuning is another step in our proven success working with full size performance side by sides. Developed using our bosch ECU tuning knowledge and in house Axis Dyno you will not be disappointed with your power gains. All tuning stages are the result of months of testing an tweaking to find the right and easy to attain combination that will suit your performance mods. Wanting to upgrade some now, and some later? That is no big deal, because we never charge full price to change your tuning level, see below for details. All tuning was done using pump premium ethanol blend fuel. You can run non-ethonal premium if you chose, do not run anything below 91 octane for the best performance, 93 octane or higher unleaded will also work great.
Larger fuel injectors are essential for awesome power gains with your Z10. Whether you are running fuel from the pump, 100LL AV gas, 110 Leaded race fuel, or E85 you'll need bigger injectors to get the job done. Our FIC 1200cc injector tuning comes with a set of Fuel Injector Clinic injectors and the necessary wire harness adapters. Big injectors for running max performance on E85, which is basically magic turbo fuel. If you can get it at the pump where you live, run this in your turbo car and don't look back.
Your stock primary clutch is currently not tunable which limits how much power you can gain. Making adjustments to the secondary clutch can bring the acceleration rpm down some but not much. Performance drops off steeply over 8,600rpm and running higher rpm for little gain and way more wear and tear seams pointless and dangerous. For big power gains you will need an aftermarket primary clutch to keep the acceleration rpm down. We used an STM Rage 3 primary for tuning. If you can make clutching adjustments to keep the acceleration rpm within the recommended 8,200-8,600 rpm range you can run any of these tuning stages safely.
We have our own shop 2025 CF Moto Z10 which we used for dyno tuning, field testing, and ripping through the Oregon dunes and drags! Why is that important? Having our own shop car for testing we are not afraid to push the limits and test relentlessly. Giving us the opportunity to makes many adjustments on the dyno in between real world testing. The advantage that we have in using the Oregon dunes for testing has been a major part of our success over the 10+ years since full size performance SxS's have been a thing. At sea level an engine is making the most power it can allowing you to really push any machine to it's limits. The loads on a machine that occur ripping up a sand dune at sea level in the real world cannot be reproduced. If a machine can run hard and survive in that environment it can do so anywhere.
Unlocked Low and Reverse Gear: Are you a mudder or rock crawler, or want to use all the power in all gears. With the optional speed limiter removed you will now have full power in all gears and be able to run to the selected rev limit in all gears. With an 8,800rpm selected rev limit both low and reverse gear are able to run full throttle to 40+mph. Stock you wouldn't be able to back out of a mud hole. Big tires and low gear now you will be able to pull out of anything.
Our performance exhaust tuning was done with a free flowing 3 inch exhaust system with muffler. Any free flowing exhaust will perform the same. On a machine where the size of the Turbo is the biggest restriction in the exhaust once the stock has been removed pretty much any exhaust will perform the same, don't be fooled. Straight piped. resonated and muffled, side exit, center exit, anything free flowing = the same performance. Find something you like the look and sound of and go with that.
Comfort and Trail Mode Options: We have great options for expanding the usability of your performance mode options. On the Z10 Sport Mode is always going to be the big dog. Best throttle response and max power. In stock form comfort is obviously the most relaxed with reduced max power, and Trail is relaxed with the same foot to the floor power compared to Sport. We have a great option for rock crawling on the comfort mode to relax throttle response under 75% throttle to make crawling your Z10 even better. And for Trail Mode how would you like to be running max power 200+ wheel hp on E85 in Sport, but and have max power in Trail around 160 wheel hp. Great options, and if you think of anything else you'd like your Mode's to be please let us know and we can probably make that happen.
